Humboldt Redwoods State Park
If you want to see the Redwoods Humboldt State Park, this is a very beautiful State Park in northern California. It has ancient redwood groves, miles of hiking trails, numerous pull offs and several campgrounds. The large Sequoia trees are giant and the forest gives off an eerie aura of peace, silence and darkness.
The Avenue of the Giants is awesome, this is the name of the road that takes you through a variety of different famous and stunning Sequoia trees.
Look carefully to see the signs designating various groves and features because some are poorly marked.
Stay at Burlington Campground for the gorgeous setting, in the midst of the Redwoods. Beautiful campground in an old Redwood grove. Very close to lots of terrific Redwood hikes.
